The JMC Group becomes part of CONVOTIS and forms the platform company for the future CONVOTIS Switzerland AG.

In times of rapid digitalisation, increasing complexity and rising IT requirements in the market, the consistent strategic development of JMC is crucial for us to be able to continue to offer our customers the best solutions and services from a single source. For this reason, we would like to announce today an important strategic decision in the context of our further development.

We are pleased to announce that JMC is now part of the CONVOTIS Group, a leading global provider of business solutions, managed IT services and digital platform solutions. With JMC's expertise, CONVOTIS expands its portfolio in the areas of digital platform solutions and managed IT services. This step offers many new perspectives and opportunities for JMC and its customers as well as for CONVOTIS. Despite the merger, JMC will continue to exist as an independent company under the name "CONVOTIS Schweiz AG". This decision ensures that we do not have to leave our roots in Switzerland and can continue to offer our clients excellent services from Switzerland.

The merger combines the strengths of both companies and strengthens our position as a digital strategic partner for our customers. Furthermore, this step supports the successful growth of the JMC Group as a future part of CONVOTIS in the Swiss market. The JMC team will remain in place and will continue to support its clients in their projects. As the founder of JMC, José Lopez will continue to be a shareholder, board member and CEO of the future CONVOTIS Schweiz AG. In addition, José Lopez will assume the position of Group Executive Platform IT in the CONVOTIS Group and will be responsible for the platform development of CONVOTIS internationally.

As part of CONVOTIS, we will significantly strengthen and expand our service portfolio in the development of digital platforms, the digitalisation of business processes, the management of digital workplaces, infrastructure and cloud services up to an end-to-end offering in the areas of business IT offerings such as SAP and HR solutions. In addition, we will be part of a highly experienced team that will enable us to offer our customers even more comprehensive and higher quality services & solutions.

The integration into the CONVOTIS Group also expands our geographical presence, as we now have access to additional locations in Germany, but also in Austria, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg and Slovakia through CONVOTIS.
