In three steps to JMC Remote Support

JMC Systems supports you throughout the whole part of german-speaking Switzerland. However, in most cases (95%) the service on site is not necessary and the fault repair can be performed directly by remote maintenance.

1. Download JMC-Remote-Support for Windows or Mac

Download our Remote Support software and save it to your desktop.

2. Installation

Install the Teamviewer Module by double-clicking the downloaded file (TeamViewer.exe).

Confirm the security queries.

3. Inform ID and password

Please inform your JMC Supporter of the displayed ID and password by telephone.
