The Association of Swiss Police Officers (VSPB) promotes the professional interests of police officers in Switzerland. In the VSPB, more than 26,000 members are organised in 60 sections from 5 regions and just under 95 percent of the police officers are employed in the public service. The VSPB acts as a contact partner for political groups, authorities and organisations. The Assembly of Delegates is the supreme body of the VSPB.

The VSPB is already a long-standing customer of JMC. From an on-premise solution, the entire VSPB infrastructure was outsourced to our data centre. The VSPB employees have been working on our virtual workstations since September 2019.

With the included support and the 7-day full backup for programmes, files and databases, the entire IT environment is always up to date and error-free.

One challenge was to access very sensitive data from external persons. Thanks to our cloud solution, the board members can access the data securely and independent of location.
